I figured it out (I think).

I have a Chitika Premium block in my sidebar. As you (may or may not?) know, the premium ads don't always display - according to Chitika they are behavior based.

Well, it seems that whenever the premium block displays, it somehow changes the RPU to a premium ad as well.

If I just click on view post from the manage posts area, I don't get a premium ad, and the RPU displays like it should.

If I do a Google search for my site and click on a link from the search results, I generally get a premium ad, and the RPU magically changes into a premium ad as well.If I do a display source on the page, I see the RPU channel in the ad block, but that's not what displays.

I doubt this has anything to do with your plugin. It seems to be a Chitika issue.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Walt!

I haven't tried the plugin on wp 2.5.1 so can't really say what could be the problem. Are you based in a non-supported country where they don't serve RPU ads and instead show a placeholder eminimall ad? I am from a non-supported country and haven't setup an alternate url so I just get a blank space. I also checked the Get Code drop down and Chitika RPU is really missing from there.

Hi. I downloaded the plugin and tried it out on a WP 2.5.1 blog. It works OK, but the "box" looks just like a mini-malls box. Is that normal? I went to Chitika to look at the basic options for an RPU unit so I could compare it to what your plugin produced, and saw that the RPU units are no longer in the "get code" dopdown. Elsewhere it says "new, improved version coming soon". Is that whty it doesn't *look* like an RPU?

You are so right! I've known many vegetarians/vegans who didn't know how to properly follow a vegetarian diet and stocked up on fats/carbs to keep their energy up. As well, if you live in a high-stress urban environment, a person may need additional protein for their nerves--something that's usually not taken into consideration. And of course, exercise is important! There are bodybuilders who are vegetarians, so staying healthy on a green diet is very doable.

It's not about veggie or not veggie, it's what you eat. I wouldn't really consider fried foods with cheese and creamy sauce a "Green" dish. Of course you won't be healthy if you eat french fries all day.

Yes, of course it will add fats over and above the fats present in the raw food. It's advisable to use monounsaturated fat oil like Olive oil.
